Selling at Bird in the Nest

Thank you for considering selling your gently used maternity and children’s clothing and gear with Bird in the Nest. Recycling your gently used items is great for the planet, great for other parents, and earns you immediate cash or in-store trade!

How it works:

Give us a call to find out what we are buying and to set up an appointment. Depending on the season and current stock or demand, we may be buying different items at different times. We make appointments for every day of the week, and throughout the day. Walk-ins are only accepted when time and space allow, and are dependent on current needs.

Please, inspect your items carefully before bringing them in and place clothing in a box, bin or shopping/paper bags. We do not accept items in trash bags (which are prone to tearing, difficult to sort and tend to wrinkle the contents.) For clothing we have a limit of 3 shopping bags or 1 box/bin per appointment.

We select the items that we can sell and pay you on the spot in Cash or Trade. We offer 30% cash or 50% in store trade on the resale value. For higher ticket items we may offer the option of consignment, with a payment of 50% cash or 60% store credit after the item sells.
